Acceptable Use Policy

You will not, and will not authorise any third party to:

• use KENEK for any unlawful activity, fraud or dishonest purpose;
• introduce malware, viruses or harmful code, or attempt to hack, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service;
• gain unauthorised access to any data, account or system, or attempt to access another KENEK company's data;
• bypass or attempt to bypass KENEK's row-level security, access controls or other security measures;
• abuse credentials, share account access, or use credentials obtained improperly;
• infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
• run malicious or unauthorised automated activity (scraping, brute force, denial of service);
• attempt to bypass subscription or billing controls;
• misuse KENEK infrastructure or resources in a way that harms the Service or other customers.

KENEK may investigate and take action in respect of prohibited conduct, including suspending or terminating access and removing content, and may report conduct to authorities where required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights KENEK has under the Terms of Service or under applicable law.
