This Cookie Policy describes the storage and session technologies KENEK actually uses. It documents only what is in use — it does not invent technologies KENEK does not use.
1.What this policy covers
"Cookies and similar technologies" includes browser cookies, local storage and session storage. KENEK uses these sparingly, primarily to operate and secure the platform.
2.Technologies KENEK actually uses
Based on a current audit of the KENEK application, the following technologies are used:
- Browser local storage for your theme preference (e.g. light/dark/system) and for a captured referral code (where you arrive via a KENEK agent referral link).
- Authentication / session technology managed by the KENEK platform to keep you signed in and secure.
KENEK does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other third-party advertising or marketing tracking cookies. If this changes, this policy and the effective date will be updated.
3.Strictly necessary
Authentication and session technology is strictly necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled without losing access to KENEK.
4.Functional
Theme preference and referral-code storage are functional; they improve your experience but are not required to use the core Service. You can clear these via your browser without losing account access.
5.Analytics & marketing
KENEK does not currently set analytics or marketing cookies. Where KENEK asks for optional marketing consent at signup, that consent is recorded separately from the Terms acceptance and may be withdrawn at any time.
6.Managing preferences
